Advanz Mining's Mobile Manufacturing Straight Emulsion Units are designed have the following specifications: 

• Emulsion carrying capacity – 14 to 20 tons.
• Gasser Tank – 240 Liters 
• Water Tank – 600 L 
• Pumping rates of 100 to 500 kg/min
• Chassis – new units can be specified by the customer / preowned chassis can be supplied. 
• The MMU utilises a Danfoss PLC system capable of recording every parameter of the product ensuring the correct product specification DTH. (Downloadable)
• The units have world-class pumps -Orbit cavity pump, Wanner Hydra Cell pumps. These pumps display an accuracy of 0.5 % deviation. 
• All product fittings are Stainless Steel
• Hose length of 30 m 1.25 to 2 inches

Advanz Mining MMU’s can utilise bulk emulsion from the various suppliers, making it a delivery unit that is not restricted to a single supplier which in turn keeps the cost of mining, competitive!
